What is a group meeting like?
Group meetings involve sharing, giving and receiving supportive feedback, and engaging in experiential activities.

Group topics focus on creating a satisfying and happy life and are shaped by participants’ interests:
  • Exploring gifts and challenges of your relationship with your mother
  • Exploring roles you play and wish to change
  • Accepting body transitions
  • Dealing with limiting beliefs about your abilities, money, caring about yourself and others
