What does a group meeting look like?
We’ll talk about real-life ways to feel less stressed, get more done without feeling overwhelmed, and actually have some time for yourself. Together, we’ll explore:
  • Keeping stress and anxiety from taking over
  • Getting things done without always feeling behind
  • Sleep, routines, and having more energy
  • Knowing when you’re pushing yourself too hard
  • Making time for friends, fun, and things you enjoy
  • Reaching your goals without burning yourself out
