What is a group meeting like?
Group meetings involve sharing, discussions, giving and receiving supportive feedback, and engaging in experiential activities such as role play, creative expression, and mindfulness-based practices.

Group topics focus on creating a satisfying and happy life and are shaped by participants’ interests:
  • Exploring roles you play and wish to change
  • Making choices when the future is uncertain
  • Dealing with self-criticism, perfectionism, and boredom
  • Balancing personal life and work
  • Challenging limiting beliefs about yourself
  • Navigating the inner conflict between “wants” and “needs”
  • Addressing the habit of delaying life experiences for a “better future”
  • Learning to let go and start anew
  • Setting and maintaining boundaries in relationships
  • Addressing aging, health, and body image
  • Growing beyond your perceived limits and embracing who you can become
